A. We have a larger range of all items in out physical stores. Either drop past and browse our store, or contact us and we maybe able order it in and arrange delivery to you.

A. We have a wide range of New Zealand’s favourite brands plus an extensive range of brands exclusive to H&J Smith in all departments. Space and supply agreements sometimes mean not all products are available in all stores  Contact us if you are seeking a particular brand – we may well stock it or be able to get it for you.

A. Payments accepted instore include H&J Smith Charge Card, Cash, Eftpos, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Farmlands, RuralCo, American Express, and Diners Club. You may also choose to Layby or use one of our other finance products for larger purchases.

When shopping online you may pay by H&J Smith Charge Card, Credit Card, or charge to your Farmlands or RuralCo card.
